Treatment
We all love the brick exteriors of our home -- they are what set your home apart from others. But there is a void behind all brick homes that needs to be treated. Most companies do not treat these due to the extended labor, chemical and material costs.
We will not exclude nor not treat this due to the fact of most termites in brick homes come in between the brick and the stem wall into the house.
Exterior concrete (garage, porches and sidewalks) will all be treated. All holes drilled will be patched and maintained through the 7 year warranty.
Interior footers and stem walls will be sprayed and the wood infested by termites will be treated, along with any interior footings that hold floor joist supports. We will do our best to not forget every inch of coverage.
